"For Imposing Taxes On Us Without Our Consent"

Words worth recalling on Independence Day. It's too bad that the Chief Justice didn't think about this.
On July 4, 1776, the American colonists declared independence from an overbearing king and legislature that imposed their will upon them without any regard for their petitions. “We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us,” states the Declaration of Independence. Sound familiar? A defiant president and a Congress controlled by Democrats granted themselves an unwarranted jurisdiction when they, the Democrats only, passed ObamaCare.

“Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury,” the Declaration states. Sound familiar? The United States Supreme Court repeated the ObamaCare injury by upholding the Affordable Care Act as constitutional.

“A Prince, whose character, is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people,” the Declaration states. Sound familiar? President Obama is orchestrating his agenda like a tyrant king who is tone-deaf to the petitions of the people, and burdening the people with unfair taxes — the conglomerate of taxes that are in ObamaCare.
