Our Plans to Invade Britain

I don't doubt for a minute Paul O'Neill's claim that the Bush Administration drew up plans for the invasion of Iraq shortly after taking office. After all, the US has plans for invading Britain and France too. Those are simple exercises and I doubt that even the French will give us cause to execute them. But, considering the threat the Saddam Hussein posed, not just to the United States, but to all the civilized world, it's only prudent that we have plans for his removal.

If the Clinton Administration did not have similar plans, I'd be very surprised.
