Terrorists are still free to communicate with each other over the internet because knee-jerk privacy zealots won't allow data mining of electronic communications.
They won't even let us use biometric cameras to identify known terrorists in airports.
After the next big terrorist attack, we should drag the New York Times, among others before the commission trying to find out who was at fault.
