Hysteria In The Mainstream Press

They're losing. And they don't like it.

Los Angeles Times Editor John S. Carroll recently went on a rampage against Fox News,which is winning ratings battles against traditional leftwing news coverage. Carroll says that's because Fox watchers are stupid. Among other things, he cited a sloppily done poll that claimed that Fox viewers were less well informed about certain selected issues.

But, I wonder, how many LA Times readers or CBS viewers know about the United Nations Oil-For-Food corruption scandal, or that Fallujah and Karbala have been completely pacified?
