Virginia Rep. Edward L. Schrock's sudden retirement is apparently due to a liberal blogger who posted unsubstantiated charges of homosexuality against the represetative.

Imagine what would happen if something similar happened to a Democrat?

Well, not everybody on the left thinks this was such a good idea.

Christopher Barron, political director of the Log Cabin Republicans, a gay group, said: "We disagree strongly with the outing campaign, but we also strongly disagree with President Bush's sponsorship of the antifamily Federal Marriage Amendment. It is all very unfortunate."
