Just How Diverse Is The New York Times?

The New York Times predictably finds fault with the Supreme Court's decision on the Ricci case. The Times problem isn't that the test was demonstrably racist or not, but with the result. No blacks passed the test and so did not qualify for the promotions.

I'd like to ask the Times a question: Does the Times' reporter corp and editorial staff accurately reflect America's racial make up? If not, then doesn't that indicate that the New York Times is racist?
