Is Obama Russia's Guy?

Late in this article about the Russian spy ring is this creepy paragraph.

“There is no way to stop the reset as long as Obama is in power,” Malashenko said. “But a scandal like this is meant to show Americans that Russians are untrustworthy and that confrontation continues.”

Considering that "reset" means that we give up a lot to the Russians, I have my doubts about Obama having America's best interests at heart here.
