How Stupid Is Norman Dicks?

Really stupid. He might be the only person in Congress who has never heard of the Obama Administration's gun smuggling program. 

Rep. Norman Dicks (D-WA) claimed not only to have been completely unaware of "Project Gunwalker," but seemed a little offended that anyone would be making such allegations. When Congressman Carter asked him, in a completely understandable tone of incredulity, if he had not been reading about Operation Fast and Furious, Dicks made a joke of it:

This reminds me of Oregon's junior senator Jeff Merkley who managed to remain unaware of Russia's invasion of Georgia days after it has begun.
