The Myth of Anti-Muslim Hate Crimes
Although our Muslim brothers dance in the street after a suicide bombing, we in the United States generally abhor hate. And so, after 9-11, when liberals starting lecturing about not exacting revenge against all Muslims, I thought it was unneccessary. I have faith in Americans to be better people than that. It seems I was right.
Of course, the liberals who put these advertisements on the air will credit themselves with preventing a wave of hate, but I think that like me putting a scarecrow in my garden to keep the elephants out.
