New Zealand to Tax Flatulence
If any more evidence that the Kyoto Protocols were just an excuse to raise taxes, consider this news item from New Zealand - the government there plans to impose a tax upon cattle because their flatulence contributes to global warming.
Will somebody explain to me how taxing farts will reduce their incidence.
If this works, I want to tax stupidity.
