Switzerland Dictates the Menu

Switzerland Dictates the Menu
Switzerland has banned the consumption of giant water bugs within its borders. The bugs, which can grow to more than 3 inches (8 centimeters) in length are considered by some to be a delicacy.
In reality, eating an insect is no different from eating a salad shrimp, but apparently Swiss authorities believe that they have the right to ban others from eating whatever makes them queasy.
On the other hand, I'm glad that the Swiss exercise some authority over their nation's diet. Why would anyone want to eat this?
