More than anything I can think of, stupid ideas like this are why Clinton and Carter were hopeless failures as presidents.

"It's a humanitarian issue, but it's a security issue," he said, warning AIDS fueled poverty and desperation.

There is a big reason why we should invest more energy and treasure into fighting terrorism. Terrrorism threatens civilization. The terrorists want to destroy western culture and Christianity. AIDS is something that each one of us can protect ourselves from individually.
