I don't understand it, but this guy claims that he can pick political winners by they "Q" score. It has to do with how likeable someone comes across on television. Howard Dean has the higest Q-score of all the Democrat candidates.

Bill Cosby may have chosen the wrong profession. He has the world record high Q score.
