Bigot and former Al Gore buddy Fred Phelps wants to raise a statue in a Caspar Wyoming park celebrating the death of homosexual Matthew Shepard.
The city would like to tell him, "no." But the city has already permitted a Ten Commandments monument in the same park. If good sense were permitted, then the city could keep the Ten Commandments in and keep Fred Phelps' hate out. But, the ACLU will ensure that good sense doesn't mean a thing.
