Stop Me, Before I Steal Again!

Now we know what the real problem with United Nations is. It's not the UN itself. It's not France and Germany and Russia.
It's the United States and Great Britain.

"U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, who earlier angered the United States and Britain by calling the Iraq war 'illegal,' has upset both nations again -- this time accusing them of allowing Saddam Hussein to enrich himself selling oil outside the U.N.-run oil-for-food program."

Uh huh. The only nations on earth willing to enforce UN mandates are responsible for Saddam Hussein's criminality - the UN's complicity.
