And Who Would The Other One Have Been?

John Kerry said that he very much wanted Dick Durbin as his vice-presidential candidate last fall, but decided against it because he didn't think that America would tolerate two Roman Catholics on the same ticket.

That's just one of the gems in a tedious image resurrection piece on Dick Durbin in today's Chicago Tribune.

Dick Durbin's big mouth has gotten him into a bit of heat lately and the man that Harry Reid describes as the best debater in the Senate needs a little help from his press lackeys to pull him out the hole he created for himself when he compared US soldiers to Nazis, among other things.
