Blanco's Incompetence Is All Bush's Fault

Amazing!!!! Absolutely amazing. The New York Times publishes an interview with former FEMA director Michael Brown in which he places the blame for the New Orleans disaster squarely on Louisiana governor Kathleen Blanco, and the Times still manages to make it all Bush's fault.

"Mr. Brown's version of events raises questions about whether the White House and Mr. Chertoff acted aggressively enough in the response. New Orleans convulsed in looting and violence after the hurricane, and troops did not arrive in force to restore order until five days later."

Why this interview doesn't raise questions about the role that local government dysfunctionality had to do with the disaster can only be explained by the preformed conclusions of the Times.
