Will Chuckie Shumer Protect Us From Ideologues Like This?

John Roberts was compelled to convince senate Democrats that he was not an ideologue who would use the court to advance his personal political agenda.
This distinguishes him from the Democrats' court darling, Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

"I will take enlightenment wherever I can find it...I don't want to stop at a national boundary."

In other words, Ruth Bader Ginsburg will find support for her ideological agenda wherever she can find it, even if it is nowhere in the law of the United States or the US Constitution.
