And This Week's Sergeant Schultz Award Goes Too - Kevin Johnsoe

I knew nothingk, nothingk.

Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson said today he never asked the Obama administration to fire the federal inspector general who investigated him and his nonprofit St. HOPE organization.

Speaking at a morning press conference, Johnson said the decision to remove Gerald Walpin from his post as the inspector general for the Corporation for National and Community Service was "100 percent within the purview of the (Obama) administration."

"Obviously, I was not consulted in that decision," Johnson said. "This issue (the settlement of the case against Johnson) was resolved in full public disclosure, and I really don't have much more of a comment."
