Khalid's Show Trial
Yep, it's a show trial. Not only has Obama already pronounced guilt and handed down the death penalty, but says that, even if found not guilty, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will not go free.
Someone explain to me how this is going to improve our standing in the world?

Really, one is for sure - this show is going to be deeply unconstitutional from the very beginning to its questionable end. I cannot imagine what the intentions of Obama's administration are because so far the decision to send KSM to the civilian court seems just insane and misses any reasonable grounds. I just wonder why the Senate hasn't done anything against it yet. Elli
