Is Sotomayor Skeptical Of ObamaCare?

For months, the conversation regarding the Supreme Court's review of ObamaCare's constitutionality has revolved around how many of the court's conservatives might be pealed off to join the liberal wing's presumed monolithic bloc vote. 

What does it say that conservatives are considered thoughtful and liberals are considered robots?

Anyway, it may be that one of the court's liberals might be more thoughtful than assumed and could join the conservatives.

Perhaps she's a far wiser Latina that Obama gave her credit for.
