At Last We Get To The Meat Of The Issue

Shelving the issues that are important to Americans — from Iran to unemployment — the campaigns for Mitt Romney and President Obama instead started attacking each other over how they treat the canines in their lives.

The latest crack came this week when Romney’s team dredged up a years-old admission by the president that he once ate dog meat as a child in Indonesia.

That attack comes after Obama strategist David Axelrod took the first shot in January by making a snide jab at Romney while tweeting a picture of the president traveling in a limo with his dog, Bo. 

Actually, the author, Geoff Earle is full of crap (not surprising, considering his occupation), the story about Obama's dietary preferences came from the Daily Caller's Jim Treacher, who might want to be even more careful when crossing the street from now on.
