World Peace Suspended

For not being peaceful.

Los Angeles Lakers forward Metta World Peace (The Artest formerly known as Ron, until the 2011 offseason) is to be punished by the National Basketball Association for a vicious--and not particularly peaceful--elbow to the head of Oklahoma City Thunder guard James Harden last night. The Lakers won 114-106 at home at Staples Center.

Harden is not yet cleared to play. And the fate of World Peace hangs in the balance.
