When group of armed thugs surrounded a Philadelphia polling place, the episode was videotaped and the case should have resulted in a slam dunk voting rights act violation. But Barack Obama's political appointments at the Justice Department ordered that charges be dropped. And, it seems that the decision was taken at the highest levels at Justice.
